Self-Assessment Reflection Tool

August 31, 2020 By Kirsty Fantini

There is much to consider, discuss and reflect on in our role as educators… whether it be the NQS, our Philosophy, Ethical Practices, current research, our QIP goals just to name a few….

So, this template will hopefully support authentic discussions and reflections and get you thinking about your service and practices and how they influence, or how they are influenced by, your Philosophy, the Framework, ethical practice and The Rights of the Child.

To download this customisable word doc. so you can make it your own please click here  Self assessment reflection

For a SAMPLE which provides an example for 1 QA please go click here: Self assessment reflection SAMPLE

These are the types of tools / resources I provide in my training such as “Becoming a Reflective Educator”, “the Role of the Educational Leader” and “The Educational Leader series”

If you would like further information on any of my PD sessions please go to https://earlyyearstraining.com.au/workshops/staffpd/ or please feel free to email me: kirsty@earlyyearstraining.com.au
