What made you choose Early Years Training & Consultancy?
When I decided to complete my certificate 3 I found Early Years Training and Consultancy and when I enquired about the course Kirsty Fantini was lovely and easy to talk to. I liked the options for payment plans and the choice of being able to complete webinars and workbooks and how much information is available for each unit.
What has been your experience so far / best aspects of the course?
I love how much information is provided to complete each unit. Having both webinars and workbooks for each unit has supported me to learn as much as I can when completing each unit
Do you feel your knowledge, skills & confidence has grown?
I feel confident working in a childcare centre and feel I am always improving on my skills and confidence implementing new things
If there was 1 piece of advice you would give someone who wants to work in ECEC what would it be?
Ask questions and learn as much as you can about each unit as you are completing them, the more that you know and understand will help you be the best educator you can be.
What is 1 thing you have learnt about early childhood or child development that has surprised you?
How big of an impact my actions, no matter how big or small, can have on a child and their development
