This 1.5 hour webinar will look at how quality practices & compliance go hand-in-hand. We will explore why active supervision is so important, what it looks like including practical strategies, guiding new & casual staff, engaging with children and my “2 down/ 1 up” rule.

This is a great session to remind educators about the importance of these responsibilities and what can go wrong when active supervision does not occur!
