This session explores how we can celebrate and have conversations about Christmas in a meaningful and authentic way with all educators, families and children. We will explore what this time of years looks like for all our educators, children & families and see this as a perfect opportunity for experiences, interactions and reflection that capture cultural competence and agency.
We look at how we can move away from traditional Christmas “craft” of red, green & gold and start to see this time of the year as a valuable time to explore culture, family values, belonging, giving, choice and perspective.
