Payment Options
- Instalments of a nominated amount, however no more than $1500 per instalment across the scheduled course time OR
- Payment per unit (1-3 workbooks per time)
- Payments must be paid prior to receiving the workbooks.
- Enrolment fees are paid once only. Hence, if you enrol into Certificate III and then Diploma, you will not be required to pay another enrolment fee

Other Options
CHC30113 Certificate III ECEC to CHC50113 Diploma ECEC
This is where you have competed the Certificate III and now wish to compete Diploma. Several
of the units on the CHC30113 Certificate III credit to the CHC50113 Diploma
COST: $400 Enrolment Fee
$3900 course fee- payment plans are the same as per table above.

CHC30712 Certificate III to CHC50113 Diploma of ECEC
This is where you have completed the CHC30712 Certificate III and now wish to complete the Diploma
This option allows you to upgrade completed units so that these can be credited to the CHC50113 Diploma
This option saves you time and money.
COST: $400 Enrolment Fee
$4700 Upgrade (CHC30712) plus remaning CHC50113 Diploma

Recognition
If you have extensive and current industry experience you may be eligible for recognition. Recognition involves demonstrating your knowledge & skill via some or all of the following; conversations, observation of practical skills, hard copy evidence, projects.
Costs are:
Enrolment Fee- $200 upfront fee plus
CHC30113 Certificate III- $750
CHC50113 Diploma – $950
Please note- if you do not receive recognition for all units then you will be required to complete course work calculated at a per unit rate.
Working With Children Check
Child Protection Legislation states that any one working or volunteering in children’s services must have a criminal check completed. This includes students on placement.
Depending on what State you are in these may have a different name such as Blue Card, Working with Children Check (WWC). However to find out what you need in your state go to: https://aifs.gov.au/cfca/publications/pre-employment-screening-working-children-checks-and-police-checks
In the event that a student is required to obtain a Prohibited Persons Check the student will be liable for the costs of this check.
Copies of this will need to be provided to Early Years Training & Consultancy.
