Monthly Offering – Reflection Prompts for Observations

January 2, 2020 By Kirsty Fantini Leave a Comment

Welcome to the First “Monthly Offering” for 2020!  I have chosen Reflection Prompts for Observations as the first offering as I feel this is one often requested!

So please download this FREE list of prompts to assist educators as they document their observations on children’s learning Educator Reflective Questions for Learning Stories

These are the types of tools I provide in my webinars and in-hourse PD and in this case, these types of reflection tools (and more) are offered in the following sessions;  The Planning Cycle, Quality Documentation, Becoming a Reflective Educator, The Educational leader 6 Part Series.

For more informationon these please feel free to go to: https://earlyyearstraining.com.au/workshops/staff/    or email me directly  kirsty@earlyyearstraining.com.au

Happy Reflecting!

Cheers, Kirsty

About Kirsty Fantini

My name is Kirsty Fantini and I am the Director of Early Years Training & Consultancy (RTO # 91839). My qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, Dip. Prof Counselling and Cert IV Training & Assessor (TAA).

I have worked within the Children’s Services Industry for over 20 years within both the private and non for profit sector. After years teaching children and managing child care centres, I then moved into the VET sector and became a Trainer and Training Manger and it was then I discovered the need for high quality trained staff and improved customer service and student support for those studying.

Since starting my Diploma with Early Years Training I not only feel that my knowledge has increased but also my confidence in my ability as an educator, this is almost entirely due to the support I have received from Kirsty. She has gone above and beyond to assist with any questions I may have about my studies or advice I need professionally. I feel very lucky to call Kirsty my mentor.
