Monthly Offering – Supporting Behaviour – Strategies for Families

January 31, 2020 By Kirsty Fantini Leave a Comment

Naughty child stands in the corner

Welcome to February’s Monthly Offering! I have chosen Behaviour Guidance Strategies for Families this month as it is a common conversation I have with educators

So please download this FREE Family handout you can customise and share with your families  Supporting Behaviour Strategies for Families

These are the types of tools I provide in my webinars and in-house PD and in this case, Behaviour Strategies are provided in webinars such as “Understanding & Celebrating Children’s Behaviour” for Educators and “Understanding your Child’s Behaviour” for Families

For more information on these please feel free to go to: https://earlyyearstraining.com.au/workshops/staff/    or email me directly  kirsty@earlyyearstraining.com.au

Cheers, Kirsty

About Kirsty Fantini

My name is Kirsty Fantini and I am the Director of Early Years Training & Consultancy (RTO # 91839). My qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, Dip. Prof Counselling and Cert IV Training & Assessor (TAA).

I have worked within the Children’s Services Industry for over 20 years within both the private and non for profit sector. After years teaching children and managing child care centres, I then moved into the VET sector and became a Trainer and Training Manger and it was then I discovered the need for high quality trained staff and improved customer service and student support for those studying.

Testimonials

I would recommend this service to everyone who is in the child are industry. For me personally who had no knowledge of the EYLF Kirsty has been a wealth of knowledge. She supported me all the way guiding me and being available via email to check any paper work I wanted feedback on.

Having Kirsty coming regularly helps me knowing I can ask questions and keep on top of all the paper work required. I have learnt so much from Kirsty and I am so appreciative of her time and patience guiding me through this process . I feel so much more confident knowing I am doing what is expected of me from a professional point of view. This is a wonderful service that only leaves a positive feeling and would recommend it to everyone
